The Valve Body testing machine VBTM-K performs diagnostics and testing of modern Valve Bodies. Different input pressures are used and the electronic controller fitted in the machine emulates gearbox operation in real-time by redirecting the working pressure. This is done according to the preinstalled scenarios that issue instructions and by measuring the output pressure on each channel. The next step is automatic drawing of the graphic diagram to allow comparison against the master data diagram. At that, the AT fluid is heated up to optimal temperatures - this eliminates faults caused by different viscosity of ATF depending on its temperature.
