Power Test Acquires SuperFlow Technologies / Hicklin Engineering
Power Test Inc., a major enterprise specialized in manufacturing of dyno stands and testing units, recently purchased SuperFlow Technologies/Hicklin Engineering. Both companies have a great history and solid reputation in the field of equipment for vehicle repairs.
Therefore, Power Test officials hope to combine experience, technologies and ideas of these pace setters in the area of auto repairs and break a new ground. Moreover, Power Test previously had a proven record in merger transactions and adoption of best practices. In 2002 they took over Stuska Dynamometers, designer and manufacturer of water-brake dynamometers with 50 years of experience. Four years after this deal Power Test invested financial resources in purchasing Aidco gearbox testing tools and test benches and this significantly helped to expand their business.
After acquisition of SuperFlow Technologies the product range of Power Test was enlarged by a number of product lines (gearbox test units, engine and chassis dyno stands, torque converter testing and reconditioning technologies).
