Transtar Acquires the Assets Of SeaTac Parts Warehouse Inc.
Transtar Industries, one of the top suppliers
of aftermarket transmission components, has recently reported about the
takeover deal reached with SeaTac Parts Warehouse, a distributor of
transmission and driveline elements located in Kent, Washington. The company
will be merged with Transtar’s Kent facility.

According to SeaTac head Mike Ott, his company like Transtar focuses on establishing and pursuing closer relations with professional technicians and workshop owners. In making a new step in its development SeaTac officials decided to join efforts with Transtar not only to preserve its achievements, but also to strengthen its positions in the auto repair business.
