Eaton has recently announced a range of modifications to its IntelliConnect remote diagnostics system, which allows drivers and fleets to receive relevant data on with fault codes, prioritizes critical issues and offers possible corrective measures. The introduction of new features is expected to become a significant step in workflow optimization.

First of all, the list of upgrades includes a new report type on the operating condition of fleet transmissions as well as a special report on the full list of fleet vehicles requiring any kind of transmission servicing. From now on, users of the Eaton’s diagnostic system will be able to add and update fleet info by uploading information files, and simultaneously update and add data on numerous vehicles to the database.


A fleet page used by users for monitoring all fleet vehicles and fast identification of faulty vehicles, now will make it possible for users to create a watch-list based on different parameters of the vehicle. Moreover, a seven-day severity feature will utilize a special icon to display the most serious error codes that have emerged within a week.
