Recently, it has been reported that Transtar resumed longstanding cooperation with Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies (FNST), providing transmission builders with the access to top-quality rebuilding kits. FNST is one of the leading producers of sealing applications that manufactures and provides TransTec sealing kits to the aftermarket. Both parties have not revealed any details of the agreement.

FNST is a joint enterprise established by Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and Japanese NOK Corp. Located in the USA, FNST actively works at more than 20 facilities in countries of North and South America, including production of sealing solutions at the TransTec facility in Ohio. Transtar, in turn, is a distributor of the TransTec’s products.



Great efforts of FNST specialists to expand the production capacity of TransTec products and Transtar’s commitment to supply maintenance became a major asset for many transmission rebuilders. Transtar Indistries officials put high hopes on renewed cooperation with FNST and assume that this partnership will be beneficial for the transmission industry in general.
