Due to some issues with the transmission wiring harness on specific M models, BMW has come up with a decision to suspend the sale of affected models and to initiate their recall. The German car manufacturer has already informed the NHTSA on the situation, but the organization hasn’t made any official statements.

There is a family of automatic transmissions, which surprises even ardent admirers of manual transmissions by its reliability. We are talking about the ZF8HP family designed and manufactured by the German company ZF Friedrichshafen.

Thanks to establishment of new production facilities and numerous capacity-building activities, ZF is strengthens its presence in China, the world's most promising auto market.

For the first time in its history, Honda engineers decided to combine a diesel Civic model with an automatic gearbox.
