Transtar Industries, a major supplier of aftermarket transmission components, has recently reported about the assets acquisition of Dean Transmission Parts. The details of this deal, which entered into force earlier this month, have not been unveiled so far. Dean will keep on working at its primary location under Transtar’s brand name. This transaction is considered to be a strategic move that strengthens Transtar’s positions in the New England market. Established in 1962, Dean has gained recognition for its top-quality products and services not only among loyal customers, but also among business partners.



Transtart sees a great potential in partnership with Dean Transmission Parts, a family-owned business that shares Transtar’s business vision. This deal proves Transtar’s commitment to further growth and development, as the company takes under its wings businesses with similar goals and a strong dedication to quality products and unmatched customer support.


Dean representatives are also extremely enthusiastic about this deal, as Transtar, like no other company in the industry, knows how to integrate its technologies and not to lose the legacy of the family business. Thanks to this acquisition, Transtar plans to enhance its business opportunities in the New England market by offering its quality solutions and cutting-edge technologies to Dean customers. This is Transtar’s 2-nd such-like deal in the last six months. Earlier, Transtar also purchased SeaTac Parts Warehouse, another family owned and operated business in Kent, Washington. In the future, the company plans to stick to its acquisition moves, included on the Transtar’s growing strategy.
