Description
This machine is used for high-precision welding of two halves of the Torque Converter's body, taking into consideration the given hub run out and end play gauge. The rigid structure of the machine, high precision mechanic parts guarantees the maximum precision of Torque Converter rebuilding.
The machine is being controlled with a sensor panel and a well-developed multy-language menu. Being aware of the particularities of welding of two halves of Torque Converters we preinstalled a special algorithm of so called point fixation of welded parts which prevents the balance distortion possible due to the welding tension. This machine also allows you to perform the replacement of the hub.
